Born in Brazil and raised by a single mother, Pedro Viggiano's story is one of resilience, determination, and believing that every challenge presents an opportunity for growth. Before moving to the United States, Pedro studied Business Administration in Brazil. At 21, he made the life-changing decision to start over in a new country, arriving in Massachusetts before relocating to New York City. There, he built a successful career in the fashion and hospitality industries, where he discovered his passion for connecting with people, delivering exceptional service, and developing meaningful relationships.

Entrepreneurship has also been a defining part of Pedro's journey. In 2011, he returned to Brazil to open and operate his own restaurants, gaining firsthand experience in business ownership, leadership, and building teams. Those experiences shaped his people-first leadership style and reinforced his belief that great businesses are built by investing in great people.
